All recommendations of the Provincial Health Officer are followed when manufacturing and distributing your flag. Orders can be phoned in to 250-383-3524. Pre-paid orders can be touchless picked up at the Shop at 822 Fort Street or we can ship them Canada Post to you. We take orders online but payments are via telephone or direct deposit. We will call you if you have provided contact information with your emailed or online request. We are selling these at the lowest possible price so they can get wide distribution in our community; however, we have adjusted prices slightly on April 25th as we need to be sustainable to continue to bring this program to you. We donate $5.00 to the local Covid19 Rapid Relief Fund (Victoria Foundation) for every full size flag sold. You can also contribute directly at: www.rapidrelieffund.ca . We anticipate being in the Shop 11:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday to Friday only. Custom Orders - We will continue to remotely monitor both phone inquiries and emails requests. Responses to quote requests will be provided within 24 hours. We can process your custom projects and art proofs so your order is in the line-up when custom production is reinitiated. Deliveries to our Shop are accepted but they are set aside for 48 hrs before they are processed, some delays may occure due to this safety protocol. The shop has been located in downtown Victoria for over 30 years. The Flag Shop Victoria was established in the mid 1980’s by the Braverman family under The Flag Shop brand based in Vancouver. In 2010, The Flag Shop and Echotex brands were consolidate under the umbrella of Textile Image Inc. The Victoria shop was established in 1988 and became the first franchise in 1995. The shop transferred in 2009 to a local family and shortly thereafter operated as an independent store until it closed in the fall of 2012. Paul Servos and Maggie Rennick (Tactix Leadership Inc.) re-established The Flag Shop Victoria franchise on Canada’s National Flag Day - February 15, 2013. The franchise expanded in 2016 to include all of Vancouver Island. And in January 2017 there was another expansion with The Flag Shop Calgary being added to the Tactix Leadership Group to service southern Alberta.
